In a nutshell
- Choose Multibanco at payment and you get the entity, the reference and the amount.
- Pay through your online banking or at a Multibanco machine, before the deadline.
- Your site goes live on its own once the bank confirms, and you get an email.
Multibanco works for every plan and extra. Unlike a card or MB WAY, the site does not go live straight away: it waits for the bank to confirm.

Choose Multibanco
On Publish, press Pay and publish and, at payment, choose Multibanco.

Keep the reference
The entity, reference and amount show on screen and arrive by email, titled "Your Multibanco reference". They also stay on your dashboard until the payment arrives.

Pay
Through your online banking or at a Multibanco machine, like any service payment. The deadline shows under the reference.

Your site goes live
When the bank confirms, the site publishes itself and you get an email. It can take up to two working days.
If the reference expires
Nothing is charged. You get an email with a Try again button, and you can pay again by Multibanco or another method.
FAQ
We paid and the site is not live yet. Is that normal?
Yes, the bank can take up to two working days to confirm. If it takes longer, write to support@joinvows.com.
We are in a hurry. Can we pay another way?
Yes. Pay by card or MB WAY and the site goes live within seconds. The unpaid reference no longer counts.
We lost the reference. Where can we find it?
In the email "Your Multibanco reference" and on your dashboard, under Publish, while it is unpaid. On the Overview, the notice The Multibanco reference is still to be paid. takes you there.
