In a nutshell
- Open Your plan and choose a plan above yours.
- You pay only the difference from what you already paid for your plan.
- Your site stays as it is and the new parts open straight after payment.
You can move up a plan at any time, before or after the wedding. Everything you have done stays as it is.
- 1
Open your plan
In the dashboard menu, press Your plan (before you paid, it was called Publish). Under Change plan, yours is marked Your plan and the ones above show the amount to pay, labelled the difference.
- 2
Choose the plan
Tap the plan to see what you get. The summary beside it shows the sum: the new plan's price minus what you already paid.
- 3
Pay
Press Pay and choose card, MB WAY or Multibanco. For Único, Klarna too.
- 4
The new parts open
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the menu shows what the new plan includes, such as Tasks, Budget and Tables.
How the difference is worked out
What counts is what you paid for the plan, not for extras. You pay today's price of the new plan minus what you already paid for yours. If you paid the launch price, that is the amount that counts, even after prices go up.
When you change plan, the site stays online until the later date: the one you already had, or 12 months (Elegante) or 24 months (Único) from that day. Changing plan never shortens the time.
FAQ
Does a discount code work when changing plan?
Yes, if the code applies to the new plan. It comes off the difference you pay, not the full price. See Publish your site and pay.
Can we move down a plan?
No. The plans below yours are shown only to compare. If you changed your mind within the first 7 days, you can ask for a refund.
Do extras we already bought count towards the difference?
No, only what you paid for the plan. Your extras stay yours after the change.
Can we go straight from Essencial to Único?
Yes. Choose Único and you pay the difference from what you paid for Essencial.
