How long your site stays online

- The time counts from the day you pay, and never ends earlier than 3 months after the wedding.
- We email you 30 and 7 days before the end. After that, the site stays as a keepsake, free of charge.
- 12 more months can be bought on any plan. The date, the button and the price are in Settings, under Plan and payments.
You pay once and the site stays online for the plan's time, with no monthly fees: 12 months on Essencial and Elegante, 24 months on Único, from the day you pay. It never ends earlier than 3 months after the wedding. If you move the date later, the time follows. If you move up a plan, the time never gets shorter.

Open Settings
In the dashboard menu, press Settings and then Plan and payments.

See the date
Under your plan you see "Site online until" and the date.
We email you 30 days and 7 days before the time ends, and again on the day it ends. In the last month, the dashboard also shows the date at the top of every page (on the Overview, among the notices).
When the time ends
The site is not deleted. It stays at the same address, free of charge, as a keepsake: your names, the cover, your story and the photos stay. RSVP, gifts and the payment details for them, addresses, the programme, travel and the questions are switched off. On your dashboard, everything stays saved.
12 more months
In Settings, Plan and payments, press 12 more months next to the date. It opens Your plan with the extra already ticked. You pay once. The 12 months count from the end of the time, or from the day you pay if it has already ended, and everything on the site works again straight away. You can buy it as many times as you like.
The site's time and your guests' data are separate things: guest data is anonymised 12 months after the wedding. See Guest data and privacy.

We need the site for longer. What do we do?
Add 12 more months, on any plan. The price is in Your plan and on the Prices page. You can buy it more than once.
Is there a monthly fee to keep the site?
No. You pay once and the site stays online for the whole time.
Does the time count from when we created the account?
No. It counts from the day you pay and the site goes live, and never ends earlier than 3 months after the wedding.
