Dietary needs
Guests write them when they reply. You see who has one, add any that are missing and take them to the venue.

In a nutshell
- On the site, anyone who says they're coming can write their dietary needs.
- In Guests, open Filters and choose Dietary needs to see only those people.
When a guest confirms on the site, each person who is coming has an optional Dietary needs field. What they write goes into that person's details in Guests.
See who has dietary needs
- At the top of Guests, with dietary needs says how many people have one.
- In the list, a cutlery icon marks each person with a dietary need.
- In Filters, Dietary needs shows only those people.
Add or correct a dietary need
Open the person's details and type in the Dietary needs field, for example vegetarian or shellfish allergy. It's saved when you leave the field or press Enter.
Take them to the venue
- Excel per person, at the bottom of the list, has a Dietary needs column with what each person wrote.
- PDF for the venue, next to it, groups dietary needs by kind, with how many people and who they are, and lists everyone who confirmed with their own dietary need.
- On the Elegante and Único plans, the PDF in Seating shows each dietary need at the person's table and seat, with a total for each kind.
FAQ
Do guests have to fill it in?
No. The field is optional and only shows for people who say they're coming.
What about plus-ones' dietary needs?
Anyone who adds a plus-one while replying can write their dietary needs too. They go into the plus-one's details.
